As a realtor, my  job is to sell homes. It's a simple concept, but it can be a difficult task. One of the most important aspects of selling a home is marketing. A good marketing plan can make all the difference in getting our client's home sold quickly and for the best possible price.

Here are several of the top marketing strategies I use for our client's home sales:

1. We know our Target Market: Understanding the target market is crucial for any marketing campaign. You need to know who is most likely to buy the property and what they are looking for. Research the local area to get a better understanding of the market and who your target audience is.
2. We use High-Quality Photos and Videos: When it comes to marketing a property, high-quality photos and videos are a must. Invest in a professional photographer or videographer to capture the best possible images of the property. Make sure to showcase all the best features of the property, such as the views, the layout, and any unique details.
3. We Leverage Social Media: Social media is a powerful tool for marketing real estate. 
4. Showcase the Property Online: In addition to social media, there are many online real estate platforms where we list our client's property.
5. Host Open Houses and Virtual Tours: Hosting open houses and virtual tours can be a great way to showcase the property to potential buyers. Make sure to promote the event on social media and through email marketing campaigns to reach as many potential buyers as possible.
6. Stay in Touch with Potential Buyers: After an open house or virtual tour, make sure to follow up with potential buyers. Keep them in the loop on any updates about the property and answer any questions they may have.

In addition to all of this I continue to work on getting better at marketing and learning addition sales strategies. I've joined a Real Estate Coaching and marketing program!
